I allow clients up to 10 single sessions before they need to commit to a longer package. This allows them to get to know me better and get familiar with my style of training. Single Sessions are also available for clients who are motivated to work out on their own, but need a program created and then updated every few weeks.

Thereafter:
Minimum three hours to start (1.5 hr to go over client's paperwork and 1.5 hr to discuss the results and plan an appropriate course of action).

10 sessions (includes 1.5 hr of evaluation of clients' forms + 8.5 hr follow-up consultations)
Since holistic lifestyle coaching is a process and depends, to a big degree, on clients' own work over a period of time, only packages are offered.
Holistic lifestyle coaching provides the missing link to help clients achieve optimum vitality and energy levels.
Specific questionnaires and an in-depth interview assess clients' Total Physiological Load—which systems in the body are the most stressed and why.
Clients learn how nutrition, digestion, exercise, sleep, and stress are interrelated and how they affect their hormonal balance or lack thereof. They are shown effective techniques for attaining optimum health and preventing stress and disease through healthy eating habits, appropriate types and intensity of exercise, and lifestyle management.
Multidimensional approach is available only for clients who would like to improve their overall health by incorporating all three elements of coaching. Suggested for clients who struggle with their health for unknown reasons, experience fatigue and lack of energy, unexplained weight gain or loss. This package is strictly custom designed after a thorough evaluation and depends on clients’ specific issues and goals. Includes:

Sessions longer than one hour (75 minutes, 90 minutes, etc.) can be arranged based on the needs and goals of the clients.
In-home training is available at an additional charge.
Most training takes place at Joe’s Gym at the corner of San Vicente Blvd. and Wilshire Blvd. in Brentwood. This central location is just a few minutes’ drive for those living in Santa Monica, Brentwood, West Los Angeles, Westwood, Mar Vista, and most of Bel Air.
